Root to Rise Flow
These themed classes are designed to cultivate awareness of movement and breath. We move at a steady pace to warm the body, hold poses to focus on alignment and take the time to “feel the pose”. These classes offer students the opportunity to find freedom to play and explore poses in a supportive environment whilst having fun along the way.
Yoga Shred
Yoga Shred classes are a metabolism-boosting combination of HIIT (High-Intensity Training Intervals) and Yoga movements designed to tone & sculpt your body, improve cardiovascular endurance, enhance strength and mobility. “Shreds” are built from yoga poses with an emphasis on great alignment for a safe, fun, and strong practice! All levels welcome.
Flow to Slow
This all-level class allows students to move through slower flows to open and warm their bodies focusing on transitions, breathing, and listening to what the body needs. The balance of class focuses on gentle stretching and lengthening to bring balance to the body, Each class ends with a period of stillness to unwind and relax. The perfect way to wind down your day.
Relax, Restore and Release
Restorative Yoga is a practice that involves active relaxation where the focus is not on the quantity of poses but rather the quality. It is designed to encourage complete relaxation and to help you let go of any tension or resistance in the body and mind so that you can achieve some well-deserved (and much needed) rest. Poses are held for 5 — 20 minutes, allowing the body to completely relax. Props such as bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets are used to “build the floor up” to the student thus completely supporting you in the pose. This support enables a complete release of all the tension we store in our bodies. Take the time to enjoy the stillness of your body and mind. Restorative yoga is for everyone.
Private & Semi Private Sessions
One-on-one yoga sessions are perfect for those students who are looking for a personalized experience. Whether you are new to the practice, looking for specialized instruction, prefer to practice without other students, or are seeking to deepen your practice with personal attention then a private session is the best option for you! If you are more comfortable practicing with a buddy then semi-private sessions are available as well.
