Meet Natalie
Natalie Armstrong Is a Yoga Alliance RYT 500 hour teacher, certified Yoga Shred and Restorative Yoga Teacher. She first stepped on a yoga mat over 20 years ago and her love for the practice has only grown since. She practiced Anusara yoga for many years and felt truly aligned with its approach to the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. Many of these principles she still fosters in her own practice today.
Her classes focus on alignment and mindful movement providing students the opportunity to connect within…having some fun along the way!
She believes that yoga is for everyone and is a wonderful way to not only get to know yourself but to connect with others. Yoga has the power to unite people and that is a beautiful thing.
Natalie is also a certified plant-based nutrition and health coach and loves to share her love for yoga, food and wellness with others.
She has lots to keep her busy when she is not on her mat. Natalie is a wife and mother of two boys, has a bookkeeping business, and enjoys spending time in her kitchen creating plant-based recipes!
